To file a complaint with the company, you must complete and submit the complaint form. The Company reserves the right not to accept any complaints submitted through other channels, such as email or telephone.. You can access the complaint form via the link provided below.
Upon receiving your complaint, we will confirm its receipt within five (5) days and provide you with a unique reference number. This reference number must be quoted in any future communication with both the Company and the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius (the ‘FSC’) regarding your complaint.
Once we confirm receipt of your complaint, we will thoroughly assess it and investigate the details surrounding the issue. Our goal is to resolve the matter as swiftly as possible. We are committed to completing the investigation and providing you with the results within six (6) weeks of receiving your complaint. Throughout this process, we will keep you informed on the progress of your complaint. If necessary, one of our team members may reach out to you directly, via email or phone, to request additional information or clarification related to your complaint.
